We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to working as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general landscape maintenance and installation duties (e.g., mowing, planting, mulching, pruning, weeding).

  • Operate and maintain various hand and power tools safely and effectively. Always keep equipment in good working order.

  • Work collaboratively with team members, demonstrating a win-win attitude and maintaining open, courteous communication.

  • Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.

  • Handle materials and perform manual labor, including loading and unloading.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Landscaping experience and 1 year of Landscape Maintenance experience.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with common plant materials, including turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.

  • Skills: Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Good verbal communication.

  • Availability: Must be available for seasonal long hours and weekends.

  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possessing reliable transportation to the work site.

  • Commute: Reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Helena, MT area before starting work (Required).

Physical Demands:

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions:

  • Ability to work effectively in rain and extreme temperatures.

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs; carry materials; bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance.

  • Ability to walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $16.00−$21.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience).

  • Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal, In-person.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with Weekend availability. Shifts may include 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour days.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
