  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in landscape installation or maintenance.
  • Horticulture Knowledge: Basic familiarity with local plants, trees, and turf.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak clearly with team members.
  • Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and show up ready to work every day.

Physical Requirements:
This is a high-intensity role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs.
  • Bend, twist, kneel, climb, and maintain balance throughout a long shift.
  • Walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods.
  • Thrive outdoors in the Utah elements, including rain and extreme temperatures.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Work Type: Full-time, In-person.
  • Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (Monday – Friday).
  • Availability: Weekend availability may be required during peak season.
