About the Role

Korpi Lawn and Landscape is looking for a seasoned Senior Landscape Designer & Estimator to join our leadership team in Helena. You will be the lead of the sales and design process, ensuring our projects are visually stunning, structurally sound, and accurately priced for the Montana market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Design: Create buildable, high-end landscape plans including hardscapes (pavers, boulders, retaining walls), plantings, and outdoor lighting tailored to the Helena climate.
  • Precision Estimating: Use your deep industry knowledge to calculate exact material counts, labor hours, and equipment needs.
  • Sales & Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for high-budget residential and commercial clients, using your expertise to build trust and close contracts.
  • Site Analysis: Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify topographical challenges, drainage issues, and soil conditions.
  • Production Support: Translate designs into clear instructions for installation crews, serving as a technical resource to ensure the vision is executed perfectly.

Required Experience & Skills

  • The "4-5+ Year" Rule: You must have at least 4–5 years of direct experience in landscape design and estimating.
  • Montana Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Zone 4/5 horticulture and technical requirements for hardscapes that survive Montana’s freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., LMN, Aspire, Dynascape, or PRO Landscape).
  • Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for site visits.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: DOE
  • Performance Incentives: Opportunity for bonuses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
