We are currently hiring on behalf of an innovative client specializing in high-tech construction products. We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee plant operations, optimize production workflows, and ensure the highest safety and quality standards are met.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing/Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This role requires planning, organizing, and directing the production of advanced construction materials and equipment. You will lead the plant staff to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget while continuously seeking ways to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving.
  • Implement and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
  • Lead and develop plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and control plant costs to maintain budget integrity and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing all OSHA and local safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to transition new high-tech products from prototype to full-scale production.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the construction or tech sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year.
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commission options.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
