Our client is looking for a sophisticated financial leader to oversee their fiscal health and support their expansion into new markets and technologies.

Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a crucial member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The CFO will oversee the company’s overall financial strategy, which includes financial planning and analysis, risk management, and capital allocation. We are seeking a visionary leader who can effectively balance high-level strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the company's financial department and lead high-level decision-making.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and tax planning.
  • Analyze market trends and financial data to provide actionable insights for long-term growth.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Drive the financial integration of new technologies and high-tech product lines.
  • Evaluate and manage capital expenditure and investment activities.

Qualifications
  • A master’s or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $200,000 per year.
  • Incentives: Executive bonus options and performance-based commission structures.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
