Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Director to guide our client's sales strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, a passion for technology, and the ability to develop high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling advanced construction products, building strategic partnerships, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and expand the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with contractors, engineering firms, and developers.
  • Demonstrate technical product knowledge and articulate the value proposition of our client's high-tech solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry trade shows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 per year.
  • Incentives: Uncapped commission structure and performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
Compensation: $85,000.00 per year
