About Us
3DCP Companies is pioneering the future of smart construction technology and 3D Construction Printing (3DCP). We are seeking a dynamic 3DCP Construction Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between project management, digital production, 3D printing execution, and hands-on field operations.

Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing projects assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Pre-construction Department. The Project Manager ensures that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project schedules, and company standards.

This role spans two critical phases of production: digital production oversight while the printer is operating and hands-on leadership during equipment mobilization, setup, and field operations. The Production Lead must transition seamlessly between remote technical troubleshooting and direct field crew management while maintaining print quality, job-site safety, equipment reliability, and schedule adherence.

Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, effective communication, proactive problem- solving, and the ability to coordinate personnel, equipment, and production activities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Schedule Oversight: Develop and execute production plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to integrate 3D printing with traditional construction.
  • Digital & 3D Print Operations: Monitor digital files, print paths, machine parameters, and automated systems during active prints. Perform real-time troubleshooting to resolve software, material, or mechanical issues.
  • Field Leadership & Mobilization: Lead field crews during equipment mobilization, setup, calibration, daily operations, and demobilization of printers, batch plants, and pumps.
  • Quality & Safety Management: Perform quality control inspections on printed structures for layer adhesion, tolerances, and design specs while enforcing strict site safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Concrete & Construction Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in concrete materials, methods, batching, mix designs, rheology, and placement troubleshooting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and service industrial machinery and automated construction equipment. Familiarity with digital machine controls, remote monitoring, and basic CAD/BIM concepts is strongly preferred.
  • Education & Credentials: High school diploma or GED required (college degree not required). Valid Driver's License and valid Passport required for travel. Technical certifications in robotics or heavy equipment are a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong diagnostic skills under pressure, leadership in fast-paced field environments, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid Training: 8-week paid training program based in Tooele, UT at $60,000/year salary (begins within 2 weeks of hire).
  • Post-Training Salary: $95,000/year salary upon completion.
  • Travel Perks: 20% travel premium over base rate, plus profit-sharing bonus opportunities tied to project performance.
  • Travel Coverage: Full company coverage for lodging, 3 meals per day, and round-trip flights home during standard 7-week on-site rotation schedules.
  • Health Benefits: 50% employer-paid healthcare coverage after 89 days of employment.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
